This wine works well with a tomato-based meat dis.
15% of the blend was aged in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels for 8 months. The balance was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Dark cherry and plum nose with a spicy palate. Well balanced ripe fruit with a persistent soft tannin finish.
This wine would be great to enjoy now but could be enjoyed up to 4 years from vintage.
